JOKE OF THE MORNING :

A young commis chef walks into the kitchen on his first day, super confident.

Head chef says, “Alright, impress me. Make me something unforgettable.”

The commis nods, grabs ingredients, starts chopping like a ninja… flames going, pans flying… absolute *MasterChef energy*.

Ten minutes later, he presents the dish.

The head chef takes one bite… pauses… looks him dead in the eye and says:

“Congratulations… you’ve just invented a new cuisine.”

The commis beams: “Really, chef?! What is it called?!”

The chef replies:

“Dis-aster.”

The commis, slightly shaken, says:
“Chef, I think I just need to work on my seasoning…”

Head chef:
“No, you need to work on your *life choices*.”

Later that day, the same commis burns the garlic.

Chef screams:
“WHY IS THE GARLIC BLACK?!”

Commis:
“I thought we were going for a smoky flavour, chef…”

Chef:
“That’s not smoky—that’s **cremated**. That garlic has seen the afterlife.”

And just before service, the commis asks:

“Chef, how do you know when pasta is done?”

Chef says:
“You throw it at the wall.”

Commis:
“And if it sticks?”

Chef:
“Then clean the wall and start again—you’re not in a student res, you’re in a kitchen!”

Final straw: the commis over-salts the soup.

Chef tastes it and says:
“Are you cooking… or trying to summon the ocean?! ”

Moral of the story:

In the kitchen…
If you can’t take the heat-

…you probably still won’t survive the cold section either 😭🍽️
